缸体铸件气孔缺陷的控制

摘    要:通过对4100缸体铸件气孔形成的原因分析,采取了更换膨润土、MD粉替代煤粉、移动有副作用的型腔排气针、降低砂芯树脂加入量、控制砂芯的水分(烘干)等措施,使侵入性气孔显著减少,取得了满意效果。

Abstract:By analysing the causes of blowhole in the type 4100 of cylinder block,it was managed that as the change of bentonite,the replacement of MD powder for seacoal,the move of vent wire of mold cavity with side-effect,the decrease of the ratio of furan resin and the control of the ratio of water in sand core,et al.The blowhole was decreased efficiently.
