摘    要:本文介绍了铁质材料因裂纹或损伤而产生缺陷的定量检测原理。设计了基于虚拟仪器的铁轨损伤检测系统。详细介绍并分析了LabVIEW开发平台在数据采集和数据分析上的实现方法.实现了一台PC同时对多条铁轨进行损伤检测。并论证该方法的可行性与可靠性,得出了相关的结论。

Abstract:The theory of quantitative testing on the cracks defect of steel-materials is introduced. And a testing system of rails cracks based on virtual instruments is designed. The methods of data acquisition and data analysis on LabVIEW platform are introduced and analyzed in detail. The testing of rails cracks to many rails on only one computer is realized. After argumentation this system is actable and reliable. Finally relative conclusions are obtained.
