永磁差频电动平衡头的振动控制实验研究

摘    要:设计了使用永磁差频电动机的平衡头,实现了控制单元和平衡头之间控制信号和驱动能量的无接触传递。通过控制内定子绕组电流频差信呈以实现对平衡矢量幅值与相位的在线调节。设计了实验模型并进行了振动控制实验,使被平衡轴系从振幅最大到振幅最小的时间约30秒,振动信号幅值减小了87%,证明了所设计平衡头良好的工程实用性。

Abstract:An automatic balancing head employing permanent magnetic difference frequency motor (PMDFM) is designed in the paper, to realize a non contact transmission of control signal and driving energy between a control element and the balancing head. The magnitude and phase of the composed balancing vector are adjusted by means of controlling difference frequency of current in inner stator windings. A sample model is designed for vibration control experiments, in which the magnitude of vibration signal is reduced about 87 percent from its maximum to minimum, operating time being about 30 seconds, to prove that the designed balancing head is good for engineering application.
