| 摘 要： | 当前，一部分大学生片面追求个人的利益需求和价值实现，高校思想政治工作者自身素质和工作方法以及新时期大学生的思想观念、生活方式、接受信息渠道和就业方式的变化等几个方面的问题存在，直接影响着高校思想政治工作的开展。这些问题应该从推进高校思想政治教育进网络工作、建立一支业务素质高、战斗力强的思想政治工作队伍等几个方面加以解决。
