| 摘 要： | P-223A/S泵是裂解装置的重质燃料油成品油泵,工作时由于机械密封泄漏而频繁停车检修,影响了正常生产.对P-223A/S泵机械密封失效的原因进行了分析,并提出具体的改进措施来延长机械密封的使用时间,经过长时间的实际使用,取得了显著的经济效益.

| Abstract: | P-223A/S pump usually need to maintain because of the failure of mechanical seal,which affects the normal production. The failure reason of the mechanical seal was analyzed and the improvement measures were presented in this paper. Significant benefit has been made with the use of the improved structure for a long period. |
