| 摘 要： | 介绍了定期检验中发现的1000m3氧气球罐裂纹情况,分析认为球壳板母材边缘存在缺陷、焊后热影响区材料性能的退化与各种应力的存在是导致具有再热裂纹倾向的07MnCrMoVR制球罐产生裂纹的主要原因。技术要求不完善使裂纹在制造安装阶段未能得到消除。提出为保证07MnCrMoVR制球罐的安全质量应加强对球壳板边缘母材质量的检...
