| 摘 要： | 针对目前缫丝机上烘丝仍然依靠燃煤蒸汽加热的落后状况,探讨了对其工艺和设备创新的必要性和可能性,提出一种＂只对丝条加热烘燥,先烘干后卷绕＂的变革创新思路新方法,并改变原来的＂燃煤供热＂为＂电热（远红外线）供热＂。该方法在节能降耗的同时不影响生丝质量。
