| 摘 要： | 实施节能发电调度旨在减少单位电能生产中的能源消耗和污染物排放,其中减少火电厂的耗煤量与二氧化硫、二氧化碳排放量是其重要环节.基于四川电网的主要火电厂数据,分析节能调度前后耗煤量的变化,计算节能调度前后四川省各火电厂的SO2/CO2排放情况,引入排放效绩指标进行精确分析,验证了节能发电调度政策的有效性.

| Abstract: | The objective of implementing energy-saving generation dispatching is to reduce the energy consumption and the pollutant emissions produced by unit energy,in which reducing the coal consumption,the emission of sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide in thermal power plant is an important part.Based on the data of major thermal power plants in Sichuan Power Grid,the change of coal consumption before and after the energy-saving generation dispatching is analyzed,the SO2/CO2 emissions of every thermal power plant before and after the energy-saving generation dispatching are calculated,the indicators of emission performance are introduced for the accurate analysis,and the effectiveness of energy-saving generation dispatching policy is verified. |
