中小型风力机偏航控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了偏航控制系统的基本原理,以PLC和IPC为主要硬件构成偏航控制器,编制复合控制算法,设计出控制、监督相互作用,并且具备一定概率预测和超前控制特性的偏航控制系统。实验证明,所用软硬件性能稳定,整个系统调向平稳、工作可靠,能够进一步提高中小型风力机的使用寿命和风能利用率。

Abstract:The paper introduces the basic principle of turbine yaw control system,then devises the complex control algorithm and a yaw controller mainly constituted of PLC and IPC.Not only it has the capability that monitoring and control interact each other,but also has the property of probability forecast and advance control.The experiment shows that,all of the used software and hardwere have stable performances and the whole system can adjust direction stably and work well.Therefore,it can further improve the medium-small wind turbine’s life and wind energy utilization.
