龙葵醛合成方法及比较探讨

摘    要:综述了三种主要的合成龙葵醛的方法。结果表明:以α-甲基苯乙烯与过氧乙酸为原料合成龙葵醛,由于反应物的种种缺点.使之很难应用到实际生产中去;以苯乙酮与一氯醋酸乙酯为原料合成龙葵醛,虽然操作复杂,产率和产品纯度也不高,但其具有危险性小、污染小等优点;而苯并咪唑盐与Grignard试剂为原料合成龙葵醛.具有很多优点,但目前还处于实验室研究阶段,如要实现工业化则需要进一步研究。

Abstract:The article discusses the three different synthetic methods for hydratropaldehyde. The results show that the method for synthesizing hydratropaldehyde using α-methylstyrene and peracetic acid is difficult to be industrialized, because of the shortcoming of the materials. The method for synthesizing hydratropaldehyde using hypnone and ethyl chloroaeetate has some problems like long reaction route and low yield of the product, but it is also a good method for its safety and low pollution. Benzimidazolium salt reacting to Grignard reagent for preparation of hydratropaldehyde is a good idea. Although it has many advantages, we must research it further in order to make it realize industrialization.
