摘    要:针对黑龙江省某公司大功率中频炉用电设备工作时额定电流较高、所需滤波装置容量大及负载变化较为剧烈的特点,提出采用无源电力滤波器(Passive Power Filter,PPF)来滤除其对电网产生的谐波污染,并同时进行无功补偿。同时,为防止空载时出现无功过补的现象,采用PSAF(Power System Analysis Framework)软件分析中频炉产生的谐波特点、及电网阻抗频率摄动对滤波效果的影响,以验证PPF方案实施的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:When high power intermediate frequency furnace's electrical equipment is service,its rated current is higher,the capacity of needed filter is bigger and its load changes intensely.On the basis of the above characteristics,this paper proposes to adopt passive power filter(PPF) to eliminate harmonic pollution.To prevent passive aggressive behavior when the system is no-load,PSAF is adopted to analyze harmonic's characteristics generated by intermediate frequency furnace and influences of impedance frequency perturbation on filter effect which are used for verification of PPF's feasibility and effectiveness.
