摘    要:墙地砖表面平整度自动连续检测采用光纤传感器测量采集数据,利用微机进行数据处理,评定等级,并输出分选控制信号,实现自动分选,码垛。该技术的使用,有利于提高检测效率,减少漏检率和保证检测精度。

Abstract:The automated flatness measuring and selecting in succession of ceramic tile empolys a series of fibre-optic sensors to detect and collect datum,by uses of microcomputer to process the datum,and determine the grade,output the selecting control-signal,and then realize the ceramic tile automated selecting and piling up.The using of this technology benefit to improving the measure efficient,decreasing the unchecked ratio and ensuring the detection accuracy.
