铜瓦门大桥中承式钢管拱拼装施工技术

摘    要:铜瓦门大桥位于浙江石浦港铜瓦门海峡上,主跨为238m的中承式钢管混凝土提篮拱结构,在目前国内同类型桥梁中跨径最大。主拱为桁架式双拱肋,钢管拱纵向分13段制造,采用无支架缆索吊机安装,钢绞线斜拉和扣挂施工。介绍了拱肋分段悬拼的施工方案、主要工艺,以及笔者的体会和建议。

Abstract:Tongwamen large bridge lies over Tongwamen channel of Shipu port in Zhejiang province. Its main span is half-through steel pipe concrete basket-arch structure with a length of 238 m, which is the largest one in the same bridges domestically at present.The main arch is truss double-arch rib. The steel pipe arch was manufactured in 13 segments vertically, erected by cable crane without support and clasped by diagonal tension steel strand. Suspension assembling construction of arch and rib in divisions are introduced as well as main process, author's experience and advice.
