步进电机的经济型驱动电源

摘    要:针对低成本三相反应式步进电机设计的经济实用型驱动电源,在步进电机低速运转时采用低压供电,降低了电机的低频振荡;在高速运转时采用高压供电,提高了电机的高频力矩。驱动电路采用恒流斩波方式,提高了步进电机的运转扭矩和工作效率。选用IRFP250型VMOS场效应管驱动电机,使得驱动电源功耗低、稳定可靠,具有一定的推广使用价值。

Abstract:An economical and practical driving power for low-cost 3-phase reaction stepper motor is designed in the paper, which is supplied with low voltage when the stepper motor runs at low speed so that the low-frequency vibration is lowered, and is supplied with high voltage when running at high speed so that the high-frequency torque of the motor is raised. The driving circuits adopt constant current chopping for the purpose of improving rotating torque and increasing working efficiency of the stepper motor. IRFP250 VMOS transistors are chosen to drive the stepper motor so as to make the driving power waste low power, be stable and reliable. Practice shows that the driving power has concise circuits, low cost, high ratio of performance to price, good availability and fine maintainability, so it has great value of being popularized and
