高密度AFIR盘式车轮永磁电机设计

摘    要:尺寸方程直接评估电机性能的优点是迅速简便的,其准确度主要取决于气隙磁密Bg的估计值.要提供准确的AFIR(axial flux inner rotor)永磁电机气隙磁密Bg,需采用三维有限元法.但三维有限元法计算量大,时间长.本文采用集中参数磁网络模型为尺寸方程提供了AFIR盘式永磁电机的气隙磁密,运用尺寸方程与集中参数磁网络模型相结合的方法对AFIR盘式车轮永磁电机进行了设计,设计结果与有限元计算以及实验测试结果相近,证明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:Sizing equation directly assesses the performance of motor, which is simple and convenient, and veracity of approach depends on computing the flux density of air-gap. In general, the exact air-gap flux density of axial-flux inner rotor (AFIR) permanent magnet (PM) motor is based on 3D finite element method (FEM), and 3D FEM takes long time. In this paper, the magnetic network method is applied to get air-gap flux density of PM motor, and the sizing equation with magnetic network model of AFIR PM motor is used to design the AFIR disc wheel-motor. The design results are similar with FEM result and experimental result. It testifies the validity of this method.
