The successful application of DGT801 generator-transformer protection in Laxiwa 700 MW large hydraulic turbine set is introduced.The panel configuration design(generator protection cabinet A and B,transformer protection cabinet A and B,and generation-transformer set protection cabinet C) and the principle-complementary dual protection configuration scheme are explained in detail.The first applications of main protection principles in large hydraulic turbine set are illuminated,such as the gradual change hyperbola braking characteristic of differential protection,the balance principle of injection stator grounding protection,and the protection principle of new-type injection rotor one-point grounding protection.
