| Abstract: | To provide basic data for appropriate selection of corrosion-resistant materials for refinery equipments,the corrosion of 7 steels commonly used in refinery services is evaluated.The resistance of sulfide stress corrosion resistance of 7 steels for refinery service in NACE saturated hydrogen sulfide solution is studied by slow strain rate method,and the factors affecting performance of sulfide stress corrosion resistance of materials are discussed.The results of test show that the susceptivity of sulfide stress corrosion cracking of 0Cr13,20G,CF62 is very high,that of SM400,0Cr18Ni10Ti and 16MnR is in the middle,and that of 316L is the lowest.For the long-term safe operation of refinery equipments,the materials with low susceptivity,such as 316L,should be preferably adopted,the materials with middle susceptivity,such as 0Cr18Ni10Ti,etc should be selected with care. |
