| 摘 要： | 针对广西联通官方微博开通初期粉丝数增长慢、微博点击率低、社会影响力小的情况，通过研究3G网络海量信令中微博用户的信令特征，分析用户行为习惯，提出了运用信令分析的技术手段支撑3G微博精细化运营的新思路，并结合厂西联通官方微博运营取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In view of the slow fans increase,low click rate and weak social impact of the official MicroBlog of Guangxi Unicom in the early openning,it analyzes customer behavior habit by researching MicroBlog customer signaling features,puts forward the new consideration on supporting 3G MicroBlog refined operation by the aid of signaling analysis.The method is proved to be effective by the operation of Guangxi Unicom official MicroBlog. |
