| Abstract: | It analyzes the reasons that service provider is not able to implement billing and subscriber management without users' ID information.It gives the background and principles of mobile internet user identity management technology,describes the innovation solution of increasing I-UIM system in telecom carrier network.It finally discusses the function and structure of new mobile internet network. |
