装载机行星轮架结构改进与有限元分析

摘    要:改进了ZL50装载机轮边减速器行星轮架结构,使其加工方便,生产成本降低:利用Pro/E和ANSYS建立改进后行星轮架的刚柔接触模型;基于接触非线性理论对其进行了模拟实际工况的强度分析。计算分析结果验证了改进后行星轮架的结构强度和可靠性,对其疲劳强度分析提供了依据。

Abstract:Improved the structure of planetary gear rack of wheel-side reducer of ZL50 loader, this method makes its machining convenient and cost of production lower; the model of rigid-flexible contact of the improved planetary gear rack is modeled by Pro/E and ANSYS. Based the theory of non-linear contact, the strength analysis of simulating actual working conditions is made by ANSYS. The results of calculation and analysis validate the structural strength and reliability of the improved planetary gear rack, and provide the basis for fatigue strength.
