| 摘 要： | 针对目前服装企业中缝纫工艺参数的配伍问题,采用正交试验设计,选用L18(61×36)重复试验混合正交表,测试不同缝纫条件下毛精纺面料的缝纫平整度,探讨各缝纫条件对缝纫平整度的影响。研究结果表明:对于中厚型毛精纺面料,缝纫线张力对缝纫平整度的影响最大,缝纫线种类对缝纫平整度的影响较大,机针号对缝纫平整度有一定的影响,线迹密度对缝纫平整度的影响不显著。

| Abstract: | Targeting at the compatibility of sewing technology in apparel manufacturer,through orthogonal test with L_18(6~1×3~6) repeat and mixed orthogonal array,this paper test the seam smoothness of worsted fabric under different sewing conditions and discussed the influences of each sewing condition on seam smoothness.The result indicated: as to the influence on seam smoothness of worsted fabric of medium weight,the tension of sewing thread >sewing thread>the size of sewing needle>stitch density. |
