摘    要:采用发散法合成了以乙二胺为核心的0.5~4.0代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状聚合物,用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振(1H NMR和13C NMR)法对单体和0.5~4.0代PAMAM树状聚合物进行了对比性系统表征,证实了半代和整代PAMAM树状聚合物的结构和特征官能团的区别;用凝胶渗透色谱法对比表征了3.5代和4.0代PAMAM树状聚合物,测得其相对分子质量和多分散系数,表明了分支缺陷及氢键的存在造成了分散系数偏差。特性黏数与代数的关系图表明了整代和半代PAMAM树状聚合物端基的区别、低代和高代的结构差异、缺陷和氢键的存在等对黏度的影响。

Abstract:A series of polyamidiamine(generation 0.5(0.5G)to generation 4.0(4.0G)PAMAM)dendrimers were synthesized by means of divergent procedure.PAMAM dendrimers were extensively used in fields of biomedical engineering,material modification,industrial catalysis and petroleum production.Their compositions and structures were characterized by means of FTIR,~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR.The success of synthesis was demonstrated.PAMAM 3.5G and PAMAM 4.0G dendrimers were characterized by means of gel permeation chromatography(GPC).From spectral data,relative molecular mass and polydispersity coefficient were obtained,and the existence of polydispersity was proved which was caused by disfigurement of embranchment and hydrogen bond of integer generations.Relationship between intrinsic viscosity and generation of PAMAM(0.5G) and PAMAM(4.0G) dendrimers indicated that intrinsic viscosity was affected by differences of terminal groups of integer and half generations,differences of structures between lower and higher generations,and disfigurement of embranchment and hydrogen bond of integer generations.
