F4412高耐氮加氢裂化催化剂的反应性能研究

摘    要:F4412催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)新近研制成功的一种具有高耐氮性能加氢裂化催化剂。其反应性能研究结果表明,在相同试验条件下,与“第一代”中油型加氢裂化催化剂3824相比,反应温度降低9℃,而两者的产品分布相当;在进料(精制油)氮含量90~110μg/g条件下,平均失活速率≤0.02℃/d。该催化剂具有耐氮性能强、加氢性能好及目的产品质量优等特点,可满足炼厂加氢裂化装置扩能改造和新建加氢裂化装置加工各种重馏分油、生产清洁燃料和优质石油化工原料,以及长期稳定运转的使用要求。

Abstract:F4412, newly developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum &Petrochemicals (FRIPP, Fushun, Liaoning, China), is a hydrocracking catalyst with high nitrogen tolerance. Using 3824 catalyst (the “first generation” middle distillate hydrocracking catalyst) as reference catalyst, the performance test results showed that,under the same condition, the operating temperature of F4412 was 9℃ lower with equivalent product distribution. When inlet nitrogen concentration is 90-110μg/g, average deactivation rate of the catalyst is ≯0.02℃/d. With its high nitrogen-tolerance, good hydrogenation activity and quality target products, F4412 catalyst meets the requirement of hydrocracking unit revamp for processing capacity expansion, or installation of new unit for processing various heavy distillates to produce clean fuel and quality feedstocks for petrochemical industry, while maintaining long stable operation.
