CO常温氧化催化剂憎水改性研究

摘    要:以活性炭为载体,负载铜锰型CO常温氧化催化剂,利用聚四氟乙烯乳液对催化剂进行表面憎水处理,得到憎水型CO常温氧化催化剂,分别探讨不同负载次数及憎水改性处理前后对催化活性的影响。结果表明,5次负载后的催化剂能够在5min内将CO混合气中的φ(CO)从起始的40×10-6降至12×10-6,憎水处理后其催化活性并未降低,且在常湿条件下仍能长时间保持较高催化活性。

Abstract:The activated carbon supported copper manganese oxide catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and treated with PTFE latex to obtain the hydrophobic catalysts.The effects of the number of active metal loading times and the hydrophobic treatment on the activity of the catalysts for CO oxidation at room temperature were investigated.The results showed that the CO volume fraction could be decreased from 40×10-6 to 12×10-6 in 5 min for the five-time loaded catalyst,and the hydrophobic treatment didn′ t decrease activity of the catalyst.The hydrophobic catalyst could maintain high activity for a long time under moisture condition.
