| 摘 要： | 研究了轴承钢GCr15在淬火介质SST102中淬火后的淬透性，变形开裂性。结果表明，适当调整SST102的浓度，可获得不同的冷却速度，适合轴承钢GCr15淬火介质的最佳浓度为1.5%～2.0%。

| Abstract: | The hardenability and cracking character of GCrl5 steel were studied after quenching in the SST102 quenchant. The results show that the different cooling rates can be attained by adjusting the concentration of SST102, the best concentration for GCr15 is 1.5 %-2.0 % . |
