大物流工程项目类制造系统物流运行模糊熵评判

摘    要:大物流工程项目类制造系统是以工程项目为中心的一类制造系统。分析了该类制造系统的工程项目特征和大物流特征,基于模糊熵理论,运用系统分析方法,以大物流工程项目类制造企业为对象,分析了物流特点和影响因素,确定评价该类企业物流运行的特征指标。建立了物流运行模糊熵模型,以海洋石油平台的专业建造公司为对象,用模糊熵模型对其承包的大型海上采油平台项目的物流运行进行了定量评判,对改善项目管理和物流运行,按期实现项目规定目标具有现实指导意义。

Abstract:Engineering project manufacturing system with large material flow is a kind of manu facturing system focusing on engineering projects. Based on fuzzy entropy theory, a systematic analytical method was applied to analyze the characteristics and factors of logistics operation of engineering project manufacturing system with large material flow. Defining the evaluation targets and setting up the fuzzy entropy model of logistics operation, an example evaluation was given to the logistics opera tion of specific project of an Ocean Petroleum Platform Construction Company, which hereby lays foundation for improvement of the project management and logistics operation of the enterprise.
