COG工艺的LCD模块电极腐蚀的控制

摘    要:利用显微镜对LCD模块出现显示断路的产品进行观察,多见电极腐蚀现象,研究分析认为电极腐蚀起因于电化学腐蚀。通过采取LCD外引电极印刷保护涂层,并同时加强生产净化管理等措施,控制了腐蚀的再度发生,降低了不合格产品的产生。生产实践证明,工艺条件改善后提高了LCD利用率,腐蚀不合格率下降6%,LCD模块产品合格率达到98%以上。

Abstract:The phenomenon of electrode corrosion appears more in the products observed by microscope which show open circuit of LCD.It is analysed that the cause of electrode corrosion is electricity chemistry corrosion.Through adopting the electrode printing protection layer and enhancing the production purification management at the same time,the corrosion is controlled.The rate of unqualified production decreases.It proves that the rate of utilization of LCD increases with the improvement of technics conditions.The unqualified rate decreases by 6 % and the qualified rate of LCD reaches to 98 %.
