基于油液检测的柴油机台架磨合过程研究

摘    要:利用油液检测技术,应用表面粗糙度分析仪和结合使用不同的磨合油,对某型柴油机磨合过程进行综合研究。试验结果表明使用专用磨合油能有效改善摩擦副表面性能,台架磨合与摩擦副的原始表面粗糙度关系不大,利用润滑油分析技术和其他磨合技术,不但可以降低磨合过程的故障率,提高磨合质量,而且可以将该机型的磨合时间由45min缩短到25-30min,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

Abstract:The running-in process of diesel engine using oil and lubricant analysing technology and surface roughness tester was investigated.The results show that the wearing property can be improved by using a special running-in oil and no obvious relationship is found between the running-in quality and the initial surface roughness.Duration of diesel engine running-in is shortened from 45 min to less than 30 min,and the failure occurring ratio falls obviously by using the special running-in oil.
