摘    要:通过建立装甲机械化部队射击指挥能力评估模型,确定评价指标,运用云重心理论确定评估模型中各指标的评定值,增强模型的可信度和可操作性。并通过实例对模型进行验证,步骤包括:确定评判对象指标参数,列出指标的状态值,各指标的云模型表示,确定加权综合云的重心向量,计算加权偏离度。其结果比较贴近实际,可信度较高。

Abstract:Through establishing the evaluation model of armor mechanization troop's fire control capabilities, confirm the evaluation index, ensure assess for every index of the evaluation model by using cloud gravity center theory, and enhance the model's reliability and maneuverability. Use example to prove correctness of the model, and the steps includes: ascertain index parameters of evaluation object, list state values of indexes and cloud model illustration of each index, then, ensure the gravity vector of weighting integrated cloud, and calculate weighting deviation. Its result is close to practice, and has high reliabilities.
