基于GPS授时同步采样的在线网损计算

为了快速、准确、灵活地计算电网的功率损耗和能量损耗，开发了在线网损计算软件包。通过接口程序，电网运行参数直接由历史数据库中读取，并利用快速Ｐ－Ｑ 分解状态估计法对这些生数据进行加工，继而计算出准确的电网损耗。对实现在线网损计算的软件包进行了说明，软件已成功地应用于安徽省２２０ ｋＶ 主网的网损计算中，实践表明计算结果精确可靠，可满足较高的工程精度要求，也可应用于其它电网。

On-line Network Loss Computation Based on GPS Time Sychronous Sampling

A software package has bee developed in order that the calculation of the capacity and energy loss of the network can be performed quickly, accurately and flexibly. The network operating parameters can be directly read from the historical data base through the interface program. These rawdata can then be processed with the high speed P Q condition breakdown evaluation method and the accurate network loss values can be obtained. In this paper the software to be used for the realization of on line calculation of the network loss has been recommended and explained. This software has been successfully applied in the network loss computation of the 220 kV trunk grid of Anhui province concluding with accurate and reliable calculation results and fully satistying the high engineering precision requirements. This method can also be used in other networks.
