丝线卷绕运动折回曲线数值解法

导丝器的运动规律受导丝传动机构制约；而卷绕点又滞后于导丝点的运动，因此，这两因素影响卷装上的卷绕曲线的形态，造成卷绕曲线折回段的数学模型复杂。本文分析空间凸轮机构导丝时自由丝段对卷绕折回曲线形成的影响。并提出一种对于我种状态导丝运动的折回曲线的通用的简捷的数值方法。

A NUMERICAL METHOD TO DESCRIBE THE SHAPEOF THE ROLLING SILK

The movement of the rolling point falls behind the yarn's guider whose moving pattern is constricted by the rolling machinery,which shape out the complex trail of the rolling silk and the troublesome analysis modeling. In this paper we studied the affect of the free yarn on the shape of the backing yarn's trail and offered an available numeric method to describe the trail of the backing part of the rolling silk.
