树状咪唑啉缓蚀剂的制备与应用

摘    要:以乙二胺、丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯三胺、油酸为原料,合成了树状咪唑啉化合物。考察了原料配比、成环反应温度、成环反应时间对树状咪唑啉化合物缓蚀性能的影响,最佳合成条件为:n(油酸):n(1.0G PAMAM)=1:1.2,成环温度190℃,成环反应时间3 h,产物在1.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中的缓蚀率达90%以上,同时具有较好的稳定性和溶解性。

Abstract:Imidazoline dendrimer was synthesized using ethylenediamine,methyl acrylate,methanol, oleic acid and diethylenetriamine as the raw materials.The effects of the reaction conditions such as ratios of raw materials,reaction temperature and reaction time on the corrosion inhibition performance of the imidazoline dendrimer were examined.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: n(oleic acid):n(1.0G PAMAM) = 1:1.2,reaction temperature 190 °C and reaction time 3 h.The inhibition efficiency of the imidazoline dendrimer was up to 90%. At the same time, the imidazoline dendrimer had good solubility and stability.
