废轮胎胶粉-废塑料复合改性沥青制备工艺

摘    要:合理的制备工艺是复合改性沥青性能发挥的重要保证。采用 20%的 40 目废轮胎胶粉和 2%的白色废塑料袋制备复合改性沥青,通过灰色关联度分析法可知,软化点差、25 ℃针入度、软化点、5 ℃延度及 180 ℃黏度在复合改性沥青综合评价值中的权重分别为 0. 198 5、0. 221 0、0. 216 3、0. 181 2、0. 183 0;通过正交试验极差分析可知,剪切时间和反应时间对废轮胎胶粉-废塑料复合改性沥青改性效果的影响最大,其次为剪切速率、剪切温度对改性效果影响最小;由灰色关联度分析法和正交试验极差分析可知,废轮胎胶粉-废塑料复合改性沥青的最佳制备工艺为剪切温度170 ~ 180 ℃,剪切速率为 3 500 r/min,剪切时间为 1 h,反应时间 1 h。

Abstract:Reasonable preparation technology was a key guarantee for the performance of compound modified asphalt. Waste tire powder(20% by weight of asphalt,40 mesh) and white waste plastic bag(2% by weight of asphalt) were used to prepare compound modified asphalt. The grey correlation analysis showed that the weight coefficient of softening point difference, penetration point at 25 ℃,softening point,ductility at 5 ℃ and viscosity at 180 ℃ in comprehensive evaluation value of compound modified asphalt were 0. 198 5,0. 221 0,0. 216 3,0. 181 2,0. 183 0,respectively. The extreme difference analysis of orthogonal test showed that shearing time and development time had the greatest influence on the modification effect of waste tire powder and waste plastic compound modified asphalt,followed by shear rate,and shear temperature had the least influence on the modification effect. Through the grey correlation analysis method and the range analysis method,the optimum preparation technology of waste tire powder and waste plastic compound modified asphalt was obtained as follows: shear temperature of 170 ~ 180 ℃,shear rate of 3 500 r/min,shear time of 1 h and development time of 1 h.
