便携式定位器面壳内抽芯注塑模具设计

摘    要:结合定位器面壳塑件的成型需要,设计了一模一腔布局,4次分型结构注塑模具;针对塑件外侧壁和内侧壁上倒扣脱模困难的问题,设计了 2个前模弯销驱动式先抽芯滑块机构实施外壁局部特征的脱模,4个内抽芯机构实现了塑件内侧壁上局部特征的脱模,1个斜顶机构实施塑件中央部位倒勾特征的脱模;塑件的最终脱模由圆顶针+顶管+扁顶针+斜顶共同顶出。为保证4个内抽芯机构的抽芯动作顺利进行,模架结构在普通三板模架的基础上增设了动模垫板,增加了一次动模板分型,保证了先抽芯型芯镶件的抽出,为内抽芯滑块的侧向内抽芯提供运动空间。模具结构设计合理,机构设置简单精巧,可为同类塑件的模具设计提供有益参考。

Abstract:Combined with the molding needs of the surface shell of the positioner, a injection mould was designed with one cavity layout and had the structure that could open 4 times;Aimed at the problem of difficulty in demould by reversing the outer side wall and inner wall of the plastic part, 2 front mold bending pin driven first core-pulling slider mechanism were designed to carry out the demould of the local characteristics of the external wall ,4 internal core-pulling mechanisms to achieve the demould of local features on the inner wall of the plastic part, 1 tilting top mechanism to carry out the striping feature of the central part of the plastic parts;The final demould of the plastic parts was by the circular ejector, jacking tube, flat ejector and slanting ejection. To ensure the smooth operation of core pulling of the 4 internal core pulling mechanisms, on the basis of the normal three-plate formwork, a dynamic formwork spacer was added to the formwork in order to increase the type of dynamic formwork, so as to guarantee the pulling out of the core insert first, it provided the movement space for the lateral internal core pulling of the inner core slider. The die structure design is reasonable, the mechanism setting is simple and exquisite, may provide the beneficial reference for the similar plastic mold design.
