摘    要:为了解决天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置液硫脱气废气中硫化物的回收处理问题,降低污染物排放,现场取样检测液硫池废气组成。根据天然气净化厂液硫脱气工艺及废气组成的特点,采用专业硫磺回收计算软件分别对液硫池废气引入燃烧炉、克劳斯反应器和加氢反应器3种方案进行了计算和研究,比较了引入上述设备后对单元设备操作参数和装置总硫回收率的影响,提出了3种适用于天然气净化厂液硫脱气废气处理的工艺技术方案。此外,还研究探讨了利用固定床催化转化回收液硫池废气的处理工艺。同时,预测了未来进一步降低含硫污染物排放的发展趋势之一是多种组合工艺对液硫脱气或脱气后废气的处理。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of recovery and treatment for sulfide in the waste gas of liquid sulfur degassing of sulfur recovery unit in natural gas purification plant and reduce the pollutant discharge, the waste gas composition of liquid sulfur pool was detected by field sampling. According to the characteristics of liquid sulfur degassing process and waste gas composition in natural gas purification plant, three schemes including introducing the waste gas of liquid sulfur pool into combustion furnace, Claus reactor and hydrogenation reactor were calculated and studied separately by professional sulfur recovery software. The influence on the operation parameters and total sulfur recovery rate of units were compared. Three technical schemes suitable for the waste gas treatment of liquid sulfur degassing in natural gas purification plants were proposed. In addition, the waste gas recovering treatment process from liquid sulfur pool by fixed bed catalytic conversion was also studied. At the same time, it was predicted that one of the development trends of reducing the emission of sulfur-containing pollutants in the future was the treatment of liquid sulfur degassing or waste gas after degassing by various combined processes.
