摘    要:以氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和表面改性剂为原料,清洁制备改性Mg-Al水滑石,并将其应用于PVC热稳定剂中。通过FI -IR、激光粒度仪和转矩流变仪表征,重点研究了表面改性剂的种类对改性Mg-Al水滑石结构和性能的影响。在研究的改性剂中,硬脂酸锌对Mg-Al水滑石的改性效果较好,其粒径为3.611μm、动态热稳定时间为1 902 s,且具有成本优势。结果表明,原料粒径、晶化温度和晶化时间对改性Mg?Al水滑石的粒径及性能具有显著影响。此外,在优化的工艺条件下,并对硬脂酸锌改性Mg-Al水滑石的清洁制备方法进行了 PVC的应用试验。

Abstract:Mg-Al hydrotalcites modified were prepared by cleaning method with Mg ( OH )2, Al ( OH )3 and surface modifiers and applied for thermal stabilizer on PVC. The type of surface modifier on the structure and performance of the Mg- Al hydrotalcites modified were investigated by FI - IR, laser particle size analyzer and torque rheometer. The results showed that zinc stearate was a relatively good surface modifier. The particle size of Mg-Al hydrotalcites modified was 3. 611μm, the dynamic thermal stability time was 1 902 s, and it was cost advantage. It was also indicated that raw material size, crystallization temperature and crystallization time also had remarkable effect on the particle size and thermal stability of the Mg-Al hydrotalcites modified. In addition, the applied tests on PVC were carried out by zinc stearate modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite on the optimized process conditions.
