摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为研究对象,通过抗压试验和风洞试验研究了PVA分子量对其固沙性能的影响。试验结果表明,PVA固沙剂的使用能极大地提高试样的固沙强度和抗风蚀性能。随着PVA分子量的增加,试样的固沙强度总体上呈现先增大后减小的趋势,牌号为1788的PVA用于固沙时,其固沙强度可达到0.459MPa;而沙样的抗风蚀性能与PVA的分子量呈现正相关性。同时当PVA作为固沙材料时,详细考察了分子量对保水性及生态效应的影响。结果表明,随着PVA分子量的增大,PVA作为固沙剂试样具有更好的保水性能和更优异的生态效应。

Abstract:The influences of PVA with different molecular weight on the ecological sand-fixing by compression testing and wind tunnel were investigated. The result was found that the PVA could visibly enhance the sand-fixing ability and anti-wind erosion property. With the increase of the molecular weight of PVA , the compressive strength of sample increased first and then decreased. When the 1788 PVA was used for sand fixation, the sand-fixing strength could reach to 0.459 MPa;however, the wind erosion resistance of sand mold was positively correlated with the molecular weight of PVA. Moreover, the water-retaining property and ecological effect of PVA used in ecological sand-fixing were investigated in details. The results showed, with the increase of the molecular weight of PVA , PVA had better excellent water-retaining property, and the test of the influence on the growth of microbe of sand had a favourable ecological effect.
