摘    要:以高密度聚乙烯为基体(HDPE),氢氧化铝[Al(OH)3]和自制的镁铁双氢氧化物(Mg-Fe-LDH)为复合阻燃則,采用熔融共混的方式制备得到了 HDPE/Mg-Fe-LDH/Al(0H)阻燃材料。通过锥形量热测试获得了材料热释放速率(HRR)、质量损失(MLR)、CO生成速率、点燃时间等燃烧特性参数,分析了 Mg-Fe层状双氢氧化物和氢氧化铝在 HDPE复合材料中的协效阻燃作用。结果表明,当阻燃剂总量为40%,其中,Mg^2+、Fe^3+的摩尔比为3: 1, Mg-Fe-LDH 用量为2%时,HDPE具有良好的阻燃性能,为开发适用HDPE的层状双氢氧化物阻燃剂提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Based on HDPE, aluminum hydroxide [Al(OH)3] and self-made magnesium iron double hydroxide (Mg-Fe-LDH) as flame retardants, HDPE/Mg-Fe-LDH/Al (OH)3 flame retardant material was prepared by melt blending method. The synergistic flame retardant effect of Mg-Fe layered double hydroxides and aluminum hydroxide in HDPE composite was analyzed via cone calorimeter test. Correlation analysis of the heat flux and various characteristic parameters, including the heat release rate (HRR), the mass loss rate (MLR),the CO formation rate and the ignition time (TTI) were conducted. The results indicated that when the total amount of flame retardants was 40%, the molar ratio of Mg^2+and Fe^3+ was 3:1, the Mg-Fe-LDH dosage was 2%, HDPE had better flame retardancy. The reference for developing HDPE layered double hydroxide flame retardant was provided.
