摘    要:采用溶液聚合法,以马来酸酐( MA)、丙烯酸( AA)、醋酸乙烯酯( VAc)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸( AMPS)为单体,异丙醇为链转移剂,成功制备了 P( MA-AA-VAc-AMPS)四元共聚物,通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并将 P( MA-AA-VAc-AMPS)用于阻垢。详细考察了功能单体 AMPS 的用量、阻垢剂的质量浓度和溶液 pH 对碳酸钙性能的影响;并通过 SEM 和 XRD 考察了添加阻垢剂后碳酸钙成垢晶体的变化情况。实验结果表明:当阻垢剂用量为 22 mg /L 时,阻碳酸钙的效率为 96. 47%。XRD 和 SEM 分析显示,P( MA-AA-VAc-AMPS)阻垢剂的加入,可有效抑制碳酸钙晶体的形成,使碳酸钙晶体形状发生了变形,部分晶体发生了团聚和不同程度的断裂破损现象,降低了钙垢的结晶度,使晶体分散悬浮于水体中,减少了钙垢的堆积,从而具有良好的阻垢分散效果。

Abstract:The novel P( MA-AA-VAc-AMPS) copolymer had been synthesized by solution polymerization with maleic anhydride( MA),acrylic acid ( AA),Vinyl acetate ( VAc) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid ( AMPS ) as monomers,isopropyl alcohol as chain transfer,and the structure were characterized by FTIR. Then the P( MA-AA-VAc- AMPS) was applied for clean scaling resistance. The effects of the amount of functional monomer AMPS,the mass concentration of scale inhibitor and the pH of the system on inhibition efficiency were studied in detail when P(MA-AA-VAc- AMPS) was used as inhibitor of CaCO3 scale. Then,the changes of CaCO3 scaling crystals were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the scale inhibition rate of CaCO3 was 96. 47% when the amount of scale inhibitor was 22 mg / L. XRD and SEM analysis showed that P(MA-AA-VAc-AMPS) could inhibit the growth of calcium scale crystals and then destroy crystallizing of CaCO3,making the scattered crystals suspended in water and reducing composition accumulation of calcium scale crystals,so the scale inhibition and dispersion effect were better.
