磺化煤制备的基础研究

摘    要:实验考察了煤种、磺化温度、磺化时间、煤粒度等因素对产物磺化物离子交换活性的影响。结果表明:矿物质含量低、线南组含量高的低、中变质程度的烟煤最适宜进行磺化;煤种不同最适的磺化条件不同。

Abstract:The effects of coal ranks,the temperature for sulphonating re-action,the sulphonating duration,the coal size etc on the characteristics of ions ex-change of sulphonated coal are tested. The conclusions are that the bituminous coal of lower mineral matter and higher fusinite content is suitable for preparing activat-ed sulphonated coal and that the characteristics of raw coal determine its correspon-dent optimum sulphonating reaction conditions.
