| 摘 要： | 作者通过对多种电话录音系统的深入研究，提出一种基于Windows98的新型电话录音系统，将录音系统作为计算机的一种附件．增加其功能，从而大大降低录音系统的价格，并且可以大大降低现有录音系统的安装、调试难度。
