摘    要:开发了一种新型的机车柴油机智能状态检测跟踪及故障诊断系统,并应用数理统计和模糊诊断方法相结合对柴油机进行故障诊断。通过对历史数据的积累和分析实现对机车柴油机的运行质量进行监控及趋势预测。

Abstract:A new style intelligent status tracking and diagnosis system for locomotive diesel engine was developed.By collecting the pressure in engine cylinder and setling up the mathematical and physical model of the combustion process in cylinder,we can get the essential information of the diesel engine operation.Mathematical statistics method and fuzzy diagnosis technology were used to make failure diagnosis for diesel engine with continuous analysis of the engine data,we can monitor and predict the engine operation quality.
