摘    要:装用三大件式转向架的车辆,随着速度的增加空车的动力学性能会下降,相对重车其性能变得更差;当达到一定速度时,一方面振动能量增加,另一方面摩擦减振器的相对动摩擦系数降低,振动时减振阻力变小,性能变差。为了解决上述问题,提出增加被动阻力控制方式,在相对摩擦系数降低状态下,使减振阻力基本没有减少。仿真分析表明加装单向阻力控制器对车辆垂向运行的平稳性性能有较大的改善。

Study on Second Suspension of Railway Vehicle Based on Single Orientation Damp Controller

Abstract:The wagon which is equipped with the three pieces bogie is applied .With the velocity increasing, the empty performance will low down and become worse than the wagon with loaded. The worse performance results from that the vibration energy will increase, and the relative friction coefficient will be lowed down and the resistance is not to damp the vibration when the velocity is increasing to a certain value. The passive damp control way is inferred to increase the resistance when the relative friction coefficient is lowed down. The simulation result has shown that the vertical ride index and vibration acceleration is largely improved with the resistance controller.
