摘    要:根据中国环境统计数据等统计资料,以2017年为基准年,采用比例系数法,研究了我国铜冶炼行业生产活动导致的有害重金属砷的大气排放及其分布特征,并给出了分省区、分工艺排放清单。结果表明,2017年中国铜冶炼行业砷元素大气排放量有效统计约为26.344t,主要集中在安徽、江西、云南、山东、甘肃和内蒙古等地,其中安徽和云南为最主要排放省份。采用熔池熔炼工艺的铜冶炼企业对砷元素大气排放总量贡献率较高,其单位产量废气砷元素排放的贡献率明显大于采用闪速熔炼和双闪熔炼工艺的铜冶炼企业。

Abstract:Current status and distribution characteristics of atmospheric emission of arsenic from copper smelting industry in 2017 in China were investigated by proportional coefficient method. The national total atmospheric emission of arsenic from copper smelting industry in 2017 is about 26.344 t. Anhui province and Yunnan province are identified as the top emission regions while the main emission regions include Anhui, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Shandong, Gansu and Inner Mongolia. Within copper smelting enterprises, bath smelting process shows higher arsenic emission to air than other production processes, and the atmospheric emission of arsenic per unit yield of copper is obviously higher than that of Flash Smelting process and Double Flash Smelting process.
