摘    要:黄铜矿常压浸出存在浸出缓慢等问题。当溶液中存在MnO_2时,由于矿物接触间的原电池效应为黄铜矿的氧化提供更多途径,从而为提高黄铜矿浸出率带来可能。分别研究了在H_2SO_4溶液和H_2SO_4-Fe_2(SO_4)_3溶液中,MnO_2对黄铜矿浸出行为的影响。结果表明,添加MnO_2能够促进黄铜矿的浸出,在浸出过程中,MnO_2迅速分解。黄铜矿在浸出过程中会形成一种缺金属钝化层,这种钝化层附着在黄铜矿表面,阻碍溶液与黄铜矿的接触,阻碍了黄铜矿的浸出。

Abstract:A common problem of slow leaching rate exists in atmospheric pressure leaching of chalcopyrite. When MnO2 exists in solution, galvanic interaction between minerals provides a way for oxidation of chalcopyrite, which makes it possible to improve leaching rate of chalcopyrite. Effect of MnO2 on oxidative leaching of chalcopyrite in H2SO4 solution and H2SO4-Fe2(SO4)3 solution was studied respectively. The results show that leaching of chalcopyrite is promoted in presence of MnO2, and MnO2 decomposes rapidly. A metal-deficient passivate layer is formed and wrapped on chalcopyrite surface, which hinder leaching of chalcopyrite.
