| 摘 要： | 概述了汽车门饰板与周边零件的匹配关系,从匹配关系出发阐述了检具结构设计的合理性,还介绍了门饰板检具的摆放、定位及检测块的设计,重点描述和对比了2种定位方式对于检测结果的影响,并分析了各匹配位置的检具结构设计。

| Abstract: | The matching relationship between door trim panel and adjacent parts was summarized, and the rationality of the gauge structure design was expounded from matching relationship. Also, the layout, positioning and detection block design of the gauge for door trim panel were presented. The effects of the two positioning methods on the detection results were described and compared, and the design structure of the gauge for matching positions was analyzed. |
