关于城市污水再生利用规划的几个问题

城市污水再生利用已成为解决城市水资源短缺的有效手段，城市污水再生利用规划设计滞后于再生技术的研究现状要求必须加快规划设计研究。本文从几个典型问题出发来探讨城市污水再生利用规划设计，首先简要论述了城市污水再生利用规划的指导思想、原则及内容，接着着重分析了城市污水再生利用对象的选择、水量的计算、水量平衡以及和已有给水排水管道系统的矛盾等问题，并给出了解决思路和方法。

Problems of urban sewage reutilization planning

Urban sewage reutilization is a good method for solving water shorfuge. The fact that urban sewage reutilization planning research has fallen behind reutilization technique, makes urban sewage reutilization research the urgent need. On this paper, the fundamental principles, ideas and contents of urban sewage reutilization planning are discussed in the first place. The problems of selecting the users,calculations of water flow,equations of inflow and outflow,and conflicts of urban sewage reutilization planning with built water distribution systems and sewerage systems are emphatically analyzed and the thoughts and methods on how the problems should be done are presented.
