三种常见捕收剂在方铅矿表面的吸附行为研究

摘    要:采用密度泛函理论从微观角度研究了丁基黄药,丁基铵黑药和乙硫氮三种常见捕收剂在方铅矿表面的吸附能,并采用静态吸附法研究了它们在方铅矿表面吸附热力学。模拟计算结果表明,三种捕收剂在方铅矿表面的平衡吸附能绝对值大小排序为:丁基铵黑药丁基黄药乙硫氮,因而丁基铵黑药较易吸附在方铅矿表面。静态吸附试验结果表明,方铅矿对三种捕收剂的吸附量随温度的升高而增大;它们的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程;n1,其吸附过程均为优惠吸附;2ΔH43,说明捕收剂在方铅矿表面为吸热过程,是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的结果;ΔG0,说明吸附是自发的。
