摘    要:设计了一款具有全双工模式的S频段收发组件。该组件具有高隔离度、低噪声系数、连续波功率输出的特点。根据系统要求,结合收发组件的射频信道原理,对收发支路进行设计,并根据要求对各器件进行针对性的选择。通过对加工组件样机进行验证,结果表明:发射通道输出功率大于1 W,接收通道增益大于50 dB,噪声系数小于2.1 dB,收发隔离度大于90 dB,模块尺寸小于50 mm×40 mm×12 mm。该S 波段收发组件在卫星通信、导航等领域的实际工程中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:A kind of full duplex T/R module operating on S band is designed. The module has series of characteristics: high isolation, low noise figure and continuous wave output-power. According to the requirement, the receiving and transmitting channel are designed and the key components are chosen to analyze the performance of the module. The module is fabricated and tested. The output power of the transmitting channel can be up to 1 W,the gain of the receiving channel is more than 50 dB,the noise figure is less than 2. 1 dB,the isolation is more than 90 dB and dimension is 50 mm×40 mm×12 mm. The modules can be applied in satellite communication and navigation fields.
