摘    要:针对风电并网系统中存在电压稳定性问题,提出一种可控串联补偿装置和静止同步补偿器联合控制的方法。该方法应用于风电并网系统中,采用静止同步补偿器双闭环反馈控制和可控串联补偿装置相结合的方法来保证系统在运行过程中有足够的无功功率来维持其正常工作。同时在Matlab/Simulink仿真软件中建立相应的仿真模型。通过对在不同工况下运行的算例波形进行研究分析,结果表明TCSC和STATCOM联合控制能有效快速恢复故障后风电并网处电压,提高电压的稳定性及风电场的故障穿越能力。且比TCSC或STATCOM单独控制所取得的效果更好。

Abstract:In view of the voltage stability of the wind power integrated system, it is proposed to use TCSC-STATCOM control in the power system to ensure the system have enough reactive power to maintain its normal work. A double closed loop based control strategy for TCSC and SVC in the power system is adopted. The corresponding simulation model of the wind power integrated system is built in Matlab/Simulink. The study shows that the TCSC-STATCOM cooperative control can effectively and quickly recover the voltage of wind power integation after fault, and improve the voltage stability of wind power integrated system and the low voltage ride-through capability by analyzing the waveform in the different situations. And the effect of the TCSC-STATCOM cooperative control that may not be achievable if only a single technique is used.
